Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of initiation.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
